With two yoga studios and over 20 sessions per week to choose from be it during the day or evening,  you really are in good hands at The Wellbeing Tree. With No Membership fees to pay but the benefit of discounts on block bookings there couldn't be a better place to explore classes.

Our classes such as Back Yoga, Over 60's Dru, Sound Baths, Release & Rebalance Meditation, Pregnancy Yoga,  Baby Yoga & Baby Massage Men's Yoga, Introduction to Yoga and Lunchtime sessions offer variety and are delivered by experts in their fields.  

With an onsite cafe, relax before or after your session with a cup of your favorite and a natter with friends.  

We are increasingly delivering onsite services to schools and corporates in the Midlands, so whatever your needs, give us a call to discuss how we can best support you.

Every-Body Yoga

Yoga should not be daunting due to body shape, size or flexibility so we decided to hunt for an instructor that's relatable to those who may not feel confident.  It took us 2 years to find her but she comes with a raw realism, personality and bags of fun ! 

Join us for a confidence boosting session and you will never look back!

Back Yoga

Bromsgrove's only yoga session specifically for the back. Ideal if you work a desk job or feel like you would really benefit from strengthening the back, neck, shoulders or hips.  

 

Mondays 7.30pm (60 minutes)   £ 9.00 

Men's Yoga

A yoga session just for men.  Allow yourself to be gently guided by Mark who will offer a session designed for strength, improvement in flexibility and build confidence.  This class is ideal for those who are new or experienced in yoga.

School Run Hatha Yoga 

This class has been timed to sit in with the school run. Why not drop in and take part in this one hour Hatha class once the little ones have been safely dropped off at school or nursery. This class is suitable for those new or experienced in yoga.

Tuesdays 9.30am (60 minutes)    £ 9.00

Over 60's Dru Yoga 

A fun, social class for flexibly and balance to ease body and mind – for the over 60’s! No experience required and poses can be done either on a mat or seated in a chair. If booking on this session, be prepared for laughter, enjoyment and blossoming friendships.

Lunch Break Yoga

A class of yoga, breathwork and meditation during your lunchbreak perfect for reducing stress and improving wellbeing. This class will also help you refocus and return to work recharged.

Yoga for Mum and Baby  

A super fun and chilled class that is for MUM & baby, giving you both the opportunity to relax together, stretch together and make friends together.

Each week we focus on breathing techniques and awareness of your pelvic floor, gentle yoga for you and baby and some fun moves together. Before spending time at the end of each class finding a stillness, a moment of calm and the opportunity to relax together. Honestly the end of each class is just magical as mum and baby have time to just be together.

Wednesdays 10.00 am (60 minutes)    £ 69.00 for 6 week blocks

Baby Massage 

Baby Massage is suitable for babies from birth to around 6 months to explore touch as their first point of communication.

Baby massage is a really lovely way to communicate and will enhance your bonding experience, each week learning new strokes and routines. It is a great opportunity to meet other like-minded mums whilst relaxing with your baby. We will also focus on some breathing and relaxation for mum too.

Wednesdays 11.15 am (60 minutes)    £ 57.50 for 5 week blocks

Never done yoga before? Don't panic - 86% of women coming to our yoga for pregnancy classes haven't either - so you won't be alone.

 

Each class includes :

  • Breathing techniques for birth

  • Beautiful guided relaxations

  • Precious time to bond with baby

  • Safe yoga asana (postures) to gently stretch and strengthen

  • Discussions around various birth & pregnancy themes to ensure you head into birth prepared and empowered

Chakra Balancing Meditation

Join us for a beautiful guided meditation that helps align your chakra system to feel more grounded and centered and release all non-serving patterns, thoughts and conditions to allow you to truly break free and shine.  

Channel healing on a physical, emotional and celuar level.  

 

Wednesdays 7.30 pm (60 minutes)  followed by a chat over a herbal tea   £ 10.00 

Women's Luna Yoga

Luna is a unique, flowing style of yoga in tune with the Yin, lunar and feminine elements. The focus is to honour ourselves, be kind, and to take the time to relax and release (imagine yoga meets spa!)

This practice offers calming, firm but slower-paced ‘internal’ poses that are appropriate for women throughout their monthly cycle. It was created exclusively for women, focusing on hormonal and spiritual balance.

Each session has a different focus and the asanas (postures) are chosen specifically for regulating hormones and providing relief from PMS and menopausal symptoms but is also suitable for women simply needing that nurturing time out.

Introduction To Yoga

The ideal class for beginners.  A beautiful flow of yoga to help you discover yoga safely, understanding your limitations as well as your abilities.

Enjoy a 6 week course that gently guides you through poses, stretches and postures whist you unveil a new you!  Emerge with the confidence to step into any class.  

Thursdays 10.00 am (60 minutes)   £48.00 for a 6 week block 

Sound Bath with Reiki
& Bedtime Nidra 

Indulge in a Reiki infused Sound Bath, a beautiful, blissful evening of relaxation and healing.

Sound therapy is used to restore a health vibration within the physical body and in turn helps the energies flow freely.  Bathe in sound from different instruments and frequencies and feel it in all areas of the body.  The result: overall better health and restored cells.  Ideal for restlessness, anxiety and to de-stress from the everyday worries.

Last Thursday of each month (75 minutes)   £ 15.00
