Christmas is a wonderful time to support independent businesses that work so hard all year round - never underestimate how far just a little support can go!
Our beautiful space hosts a range of stall holders (only ever one of each) across the whole building to a backdrop of twinkling lights as far as the eye can see, boozy hot chocolate, mulled wine, food stalls in the garden, live singing and a children's craft room too!
Join us for an evening that really sets the tone this Christmas whist supporting so many local businesses!

for a guided meditation using visualization that encourages you to let go of old, non serving emotions and self-limiting thoughts. Channel healing on a structural, emotional and cellular level before relaxing in our cafe with a chat over a herbal tea before you leave.

Sound Bath with Reiki

Unwind with a relaxing soundbath as you journey with an array of instruments and powerful sounds from a gong.
The perfect way to chill out your week, let the vibration of the gong de-stress, relax and rejuvinate as yoru mind is lulled back towards a deep sense of calm!
Each time you partake in a gong bath, your blissful experience may be different.
As with all things, sound baths may not be suitable for some:
Those with fractures, or joint replacements less than 6 months old
Heart conditions and pacemakers
Pregnancy
Some psychological conditions
Epilepsy
